Paintball is an action-packed way to have some fun while reducing stress. The sport, is a combination of the childhood games "tag", "hide & seek" and "capture the flag", but much more exciting and competitive.

The game is played with two teams competing with Paintball Markers (powered with Co2 or HPA) which launch a non-toxic washable gelatin ball. When the paintball breaks on your opponent, he or she is eliminated. It can be played by men and women, young and old, the fit and the not so fit.

Depending on the field you play, tactics will vary from being quiet and sneaky and picking your shots carefully, to being loud, fast, and shooting constantly. Once you know the basics of how to play paintball, try out the many other styles of play or invent your own games.
